The Entry Data as well as every other possible information, directly or indirectly associable to a certain User, are collected and used in compliance with the Legislative Decree n.196/2003 ("Code on the matter of protection of personal data"). According to and for the article 13 of the Code on the matter of protection of personal data, the Software Design company (hereafter named SD) informs that:

1.      The Entry Data, provided by the Users, are collected and used by SD, also through data processing tools and procedures, for the following purposes: (i) instrumental purpose directly connected to the disbursement and the management of the Service; (ii) subject to agreement of the User, commercial information, marketing and market surveys, dispatch of advertising material related to SD products and services or of third advertisers; (iii) subject to agreement of the User, survey of the Services’ quality and the degree of Users’ satisfaction, performed both directly and with the collaboration of specialized companies; (iv) statistical surveys.

2.      The conferment of the Entry Data is optional. Nevertheless, the non-conferment, also partial, of the data shown as necessary for the pursuit of the purposes of which at the previous point 1, lett. i) will determine the impossibility for SD to proceed to the disbursement of the Service. The non-conferment of the data not expressly shown as necessary for the purposes of which at the previous point 1, lett. i) will not compromise in any way the disbursement of the Service.

3.      The Holder of the treatment is Software Design S.p.a., head office in Pozzuoli (NA), via Domitiana 105/G, postcode 80078; the Person in charge of the data treatment is dr. Cinzia Ercolini.

4.      The article 7 of the Code on the matter of protection of personal data allows the user to exercise specific rights, among which those ones to get from the Holder of the treatment the confirmation of the existence or less of his/her own personal data and their availability in intelligible form; to know the origin of the data as well as of the logic and the purposes on which the treatment is based; to get the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of the data treated in violation of law, as well as the updating, the amendment or, if there is interest, the integration of the data; to oppose to the treatment, for lawful reasons, or to oppose, in every moment, to the treatments directed to the marketing and commercial information.
