Software Design has worked in this area since its establishment, playing an important role in the Italian scenario, developing and distributing its own solutions.

The italian legislation that regulates sports bets underwent a real revolution in the last few years.
In particular:

  • The Ministry of Finance acquired the entire management of horse and sports bets
  • Betting agencies have increased, totalling 1000 + 1000
Such modifications implied a huge impact on the systems that collect and place bets, and the Company is engaged again in the betting environment.
As an example, Software Design is currently involved in a partnership with one of the three national collecting centres in Italy (TOTO2000), and has settled royalties on the betting movements against the realisation and maintenance of the collecting system.
