Careers with Gesac
In Gesac, personnel recruitment and selection is normally activated on the basis of specific organisational needs or in the event of turnover. Each phase of the selection process, from screening CVs and the individual interviews conducted by Human Resources to the technical interviews with line managers, is carried out thoroughly and with great attention. Furthermore, prior to actually becoming part of our organisation, each resource must attend an induction course as well as a training course specific to his or her position. The position of Security Guard entails a special selection process as this position requires that specific security regulations be strictly observed.
