Customer Services
 

Courteous, highly qualified Customer Service personnel provide all the assistance necessary to ensure that travelling, be it for leisure or for business, is enjoyable and relaxing. The Customer Service Desk is open to the public from 5:30 a.m. to 11.30 p.m. and is located on the ground floor in the Arrivals area.
Customer Service provides airport information (arrivals, departures, national and international flights) tourist information (itineraries, land and sea transportation).

Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA)

Beginning January 12, 2009, all nationals and citizens of Visa Waiver Program (VWP) countries will be required by law to obtain a travel authorization prior to initiating travel to the United States under the VWP. This authorization may be obtained online through the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA™), a free Internet application administered by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) through a U.S. Government Web site.
